South African police seize about 250 kg of cocaine in five bags at OR Tambo International Airport
So what? Five bags holding 216 blocks is a luggage-borne bulk method, a different screening problem from the 116 courier arrests, and it points at baggage and transfer handling rather than individual passengers. If the Brazil origin holds, it keeps Johannesburg an arrival point for South American cocaine.
