Polish organized-crime fugitive "Matador" captured crossing into Argentina from Brazil

Piotr Kuliś, 42, known as "Matador," was arrested in mid-June at Puerto Iguazú, Misiones province, Argentina, while crossing from Brazil, after being matched to an Interpol Red Notice issued at a Katowice court's request.
